No Longer Stray Dept.

The Korean masterwork Stray Bullet (Obaltan) is getting a domestic DVD release.  I don't know if they found a better quality print for the film -- the version I have is the Korean release and was prepared from a print that was in such lamentable condition that the film was barely watchable -- but it's great to see it out in a slightly easier-to-find version all the same.
